Mainland UK shipping
Courier delivery - deliveries are on Mondays to Fridays, between 9am - 5pm, signature on delivery required.
Royal Mail – items are sent 1st class and are normally delivered within 48 hours. However we are unable to guarantee a delivery time with any parcel/packet sent via Royal Mail. Also we cannot take responsibility for non delivery by Royal Mail. We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours.
For orders outside the UK , and including the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland please contact us for shipping costs.
Returns Policy
At Childways we want you to be completely happy with any goods that you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, you must notify us by phone or email, immediately, upon receipt. We cannot accept returns if we have not previously been notified. You can return them to Childways, in their original condition within 15 days of getting your order. A full refund will be issued when the goods have been received by us.
Payment and Cancellation policy for Trainings
The fee that you pay is non-refundable. However, if payment has been made in full, transfer to another course date may be possible if it is made six weeks before commencement of the course. A transfer fee of £100.00 will be charged. Should the Co-ordinator have to cancel the course, the student will receive a refund for the amount of fees paid.
You may pay by Cheque or credit/debit card, through Paypal, on the website or by calling the Childways’ office.
Please note that Childways does not store your credit card details when you purchase from us.
