Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to a full or partial refund within 10 working days of receipt of goods.  Goods must be returned to us in perfect, saleable condition in original packaging.  Refunds will only cover the price charged for the goods, with postage and packaging charges not being refundable unless the order has not been despatched.  When returning goods please get proof of postage.  Refunds will be made within 7 working days of the safe arrival of returned goods.  Due to the nature of the product we do not accept refunds on oils.

If you wish to exchange a product you must return it to us in saleable condition. Unless to replace a damaged product we will ask that you pay additional postage costs.

If you are unable to attend a course it is at our discretion to make a full or partial refund, or to transfer you to another course.

Refunds will only be made to the same card used to make the purchase.

Instalments:

If we have agreed that payments for goods or courses can be made by instalment, you agree that in the event that you do not complete the payments, or if an instalment is late, Childways can demand payment of the outstanding balance which will become payable as a debt and/or require you to return all materials supplied.  In the event that we demand the return of any materials supplied, you hereby agree that you will not make any copy of the materials or make use of any copies of other materials derived from those being returned.

No course certificate will be issued if there are any outstanding fees due to Childways in relation to that course.
