- Delivery by Courier – deliveries are from Mondays to Fridays, between 9am – 5pm and your signature is required on delivery.
- Royal Mail – items are sent by 1st Class mail and are normally delivered within 48 hours. However we are unable to guarantee a delivery time with any parcel/packet sent via Royal Mail. Also we cannot take responsibility for non-delivery by Royal Mail.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 working hours.

Orders Outside of the UK Mainland
If you are placing an order from outside of the UK mainland – including the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands of Scotland, Eire and Northern Ireland – please contact us for shipping costs.
